  “The community itself is nice because the community is responsible for mowing and caring for their own personal lawn. William Hopper is the owner of this community and one of Rock Hill,SC top Real Estate Investors. He could care less for this mobile home community. The trailers are invested with roaches and over half of the communities air conditioners are not
  working and his office staff is embezzling his money. Yvonne the drunk is the worse office manager I have ever seen. She is so rude to the african american tenants.Joanne is scared of Yvonne or of losing her job. But the owner patch up property if the tenant is african american, but remodeled the property for a caucasian. I would not recommend any one to move to Adnah Hills because Mr. Hopper does not care about this community unless you are caucasian. They conduct a back ground and credit check on african americans but 50% of the caucasians they lease to do or did not have that conducted on them. They don't care about blacks at all.”
